The NMA has contracted KiddieCorp, a leading childcare service provider, to organize a fun-filled and enriching program for the youth of attendees at the NMA 2024 Convention and Scientific Assembly. KiddieCorp has delivered exceptional childcare programs since 1986, earning a sterling reputation for its services with associations and corporations nationwide.
The four-day Camp NMA-zing program offers day and evening sessions, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience for the young participants. KiddieCorp maintains chaperone-to-youth ratios that guarantee safe and professional care. Qualified chaperones, including nannies, nurses, and teachers, are certified in first aid and CPR.
Program fees cover transportation, activity admission fees, daily lunches and dinners, four t-shirts, and insurance. More details about the program and activities will be provided soon.
Each day, parents are required to drop off their child(ren) at 8:00 am and pick them up by 9:30 pm. Camp NMA-zing will be hosted at the NY Hilton, one of NMA’s designated hotels for the event. Please note that the schedule of activities may be subject to change.

The children of all ages can make a difference by participating in the City Meals on Wheels volunteer program. They will help deliver nutritious meals to homebound elderly residents walking distance of the facility and spread smiles along the way!

Luna Park is a vibrant playground that captures the essence of classic amusement park fun. When fun is number one, the children will experience an unforgettable day of laughter, adventure, and endless entertainment against the backdrop of Coney Island’s iconic charm.

Children aged 3–8 years will be spellbound by the captivating artistry of Zach Alexander! With a wave of his wand and a dash of mystery, Zach Alexander turns ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. Team Building Hub – Escape Room
The Team Building Hub will guide the children in crafting their personalized escape room puzzle, followed by a rotation where teams will challenge each other with their respective puzzles.
Donation Bag Activity
The children will engage in a team-building activity where they gather various essential items to assemble care packages. These packages will be donated to individuals in need across various communities in New York! They will be making a difference and spreading kindness throughout the city.
Dr. Schnitzel’s Wacky Science
Dr. Schnitzel’s Wacky Science, a captivating and entertaining experience that combines education with laughter. From code-breaking to surveillance tactics, SPYSCAPE provides an exciting and educational journey into the clandestine world of espionage.
KiddieCorp Olympics
Experience the thrill of the Olympics like never before with our own KiddieCorp Olympics event! Children will form teams, unleash their creativity by decorating their own team shirts, and engage in friendly competitions, including relay races and games. At the end of the day, every participant will feel like a champion as they depart with their very own personalized gift bag, filled with memories and goodies to cherish.
DJ Dance Party
Get ready to groove and move at the ultimate DJ Dance Party. With a kid-friendly DJ spinning the latest tunes, interactive games, and a lively atmosphere, the DJ Dance Party ensures a fun- filled celebration where children can let loose and showcase their dance moves. While the younger children have their own dance party in one room, the older ones will be grooving to a different beat in a separate space, ensuring everyone has a blast tailored to their age group.
Meals
We will coordinate with local New York City establishments to provide kid-friendly meals to eat at the iconic Central Park. The group will also enjoy offsite meals from Statue of Liberty Café and Luna Park in Coney Island .
Ensuring the children remain hydrated during tours is essential for their well-being. Here are some policies that we will follow:
- Provide Water Bottles: Supply each child with water bottles at the beginning and throughout the tours. Encourage them to keep it with them throughout the trip, and remind them to take sips regularly, especially during breaks.
- Scheduled Water Breaks: Plan regular breaks during the tour for water consumption.
- Weather Considerations: KiddieCorp will be mindful of weather conditions. On hot and sunny days, we will increase the frequency of water breaks, and remind children to drink even if they don’t feel thirsty.
